In 2018, there are lots of new cars are coming on the road. Many manufacturers are bringing new models, updated version of cars and even they will bring some models again, which are already forgotten.
But some cars already created buzz among the people. Here are 5 cars that people already waiting for:
1- Jaguar I-Pace
Tesla Model X’s rival and Jaguar’s first electric car SUV I-Pace which will be launched in second half of 2018 and maybe it will be a self-driving car. Jaguar claims that this SUV will have at least 300 miles range in a single charge of 90 kWh lithium-ion battery and will output 395 bhp and 700 nm torque. I-Pace have the large grill in the front and its styling is similar to other Jaguar’s model.This beautiful SUV is very quick. According to Jaguar, go 0-100km/h (0-60mph) in only 4 seconds.
This vehicle is beautiful from outside and inside as shown in concepts. And maybe production model will be same as last concept model in the UK.
2- Tesla Model 3
Probably most buzzed car in 2017 is Tesla Model 3 and maybe it will be the most anticipated electric car. Vehicle’s production already began in the US with the long-range battery and standard battery production will begin in 2018. Model 3 has a sleek design, unlike other new EVs which have edgy or ultra futuristic design.
Model 3 had 232,000 reservations in two days. With this car, Tesla will enter in India, South Korea, Singapore, Brazil, Ireland and South Africa for the first time.
3- Volvo XC40
Volvo’s last vehicle which is running on a gas is XC40. The XC40 is designed to appeal to younger drivers and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and other safety techs are standard in this compact SUV. This baby SUV has Volvo’s now classic thor’s Hammer daytime running lights and C-pillar which make this car more striking.
With XC40, Volvo’s ‘Care by Volvo’ subscription will make a debut. This service is a 24-month subscription at a monthly rate which includes insurance service and tax. Volvo said this service as the world’s first subscription for cars.
4- Kia Stinger
In 2011 Frankfurt Auto Show, Kia unveiled GT Concept, Kia Stinger traces its roots to this. Kia Stinger’s main rivals are BMW 4 series, Audi S4, Mercedes C43 AMG and its 6-cylinder bi-turbo engine is able to make 0-100 km/h in 4.7 seconds which is quicker than BMW 6 series Gran Coupe, Audi A7, and Lexus GS350.
Kia’s this sports sedan is a performance packed car and its handling and value will take the brand to a whole new level for sure.
